SAN NICOLAS RIVERFRONT: The Gateway to Taal Lake

          SAN NICOLAS RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT CORP.(SNRDC) introduces the first mixed development program of subdivision, hotel, condotels  and  commercial establishments  located at Brgy.Calangay, San. The foremost  Pansipit River- the clear water conduit between the town of Agoncillo and the Municipality of San Nicolas.The only natural outlet that drains Taal lake to Balayan Bay and the place for its fishery resources like  Sweet Maliputo fish, Igat, Bia,Tawilis, etc. In the town folk figurized the 1965 CreaterTaal Volcano – fine blacksand and Itim Na Bato(hardend lava) about  the place. Also the 1911 Creater Lake – features the Vulca Point within its creater site known as the “ Volcano within a lake and a lake within the volcano”. The 15th Century ruins of The Old Taal Church- one of the oldest church in the Orient that was submerged in the lake upon eruption of the Taal Volcano in 1754.  It is made out of coral Block Stones and was built  under the direction of the Augustinian Friar, Fr. Diego Espina. The Lakeside Vista,ideal for tourist wherein the full view of the lake  be seen.  The Floating Restaurant  ready to serve for delicacies in a very affordable price with the right of reservation and schedule while enjoying  tour with full of entertainers.  The town also celebrates Fiesta Festival like MALIPUTO FESTIVAL  held at very 9th of August ,highlights of a massive street dancing  contest,  best booth competition and  cook fest showcasing the different recipes. The Bangkaton Festival,a boat race held every 10th of September.

          The San Nicolas Riverfront Subdivision provides a wide space to live and relax and experience the scenic  tourist  sensation of residency.
